Good morning! If you’ve just woken up and you’re feeling a bit under the weather emotionally then why not try this short 5 minute guided meditation to wake up feeling happy.
Sometimes our outlook to the day isn’t always a positive one and unfortunately, when we create an expectation that we’re going to experience a bad day, it can often play out like that. So that’s why I created this meditation to help you wake up happy so you can shift your perspective about the day ahead and create some feel good vibes that can lead to a much better day ahead.
