In this gentle self-love hip opener practice, you'll be moving through a series of seated and supine hip opening postures to remove stagnant energy and welcome the kind of love that allows you to go with the flow. Making space for the hips often leads to allowing space for your heart so don't be surprised or alarmed if you feel a little emotional during this practice; letting those emotions go can lead to true healing, love, and peace.
You may need a block or folded blanket as you'll be spending longer periods of time in each pose compared to a vinyasa style yoga flow, so grab those now, then roll your mat and we'll get started!
