Sun Salutations serve as an effective practice to revitalize your entire being, benefiting your nervous system, immune system, and mood. It truly is a great way to start the day!
During the practice, I’ll be breaking down each pose and then we’ll increase the pace to align with the natural rhythm of the breath. Remember to adapt the practice to suit your needs and always attune to your body's signals.
