Yoga for the Root Chakra (1st) - Safety, Grounding, Stability

59m
This 55-minute yoga flow guides you through poses to help you find a sense of groundedness and stability which is the hallmark of the Root Chakra – Muladhara. When the Root Chakra is out of balance, you may feel uneasy, stressed, anxious, and fearful particularly around things that relate to your basic needs and immediate relationships such as family and close friends. Physically, you may experience symptoms of low immunity, bladder and colon issues, and even tailbone, lower leg, and feet concerns.
Because your Root Chakra is the foundation of your seven main chakras, it’s important to bring balance to this energy centre so all other chakras can function at their most optimum. This Yoga practice is a great way to strengthen and balance your Root Chakra so you can cultivate a sense of safety and truly start feeling fully present in every moment. You deserve this time!
So grab 2 blocks, roll out your beautiful mat, and let’s get started! (Yoga practice begins at 00:46)
Namaste, Erin xx
