Heal your emotions and ignite your creativity and passion in life with this 60-minute Hatha style yoga class! During today's class you will focus on activating and rebalancing the Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana) – the area below the navel that houses your creativity, passion, the ability to form close and meaningful relationships, and a deep connection to your emotions.
When the Sacral Chakra is out of balance, you may experience symptoms such as dependency, co-dependency with other people or unhealthy substances, lacking sexual desire or passion in life, feeling stuck in a particular mood, or being ruled by your emotions. These symptoms in a physical sense can show up in the hips, pelvic region, and lower back. So naturally, we’ll be focusing on those areas to rebalance and re-energise the Sacral Chakra - bringing some much needed energy to this area for ultimate healing.

So grab 2 blocks, a blanket, and maybe a bolster if you have one but if not, you can fold your blanket). Then roll out your mat, and we’ll get started!
