The perfect yoga quickie to get those hips and hamstrings feeling relaxed and open again. Our hips and hamstrings often tighten up after working behind a computer or simply sitting for long periods of time. Energetically, we also hold a lot of our emotions in the hip space which can become stagnant and stuck. Overall, it’s not a comfortable feeling and it can truly affect our posture (among other things!)
So use these yoga drills to bring space to the hips, stretch out of the hamstrings, and unlock stuck energy so you can find stability and support throughout your day.
