There are some yoga poses that rely heavily on relaxed and open shoulders to do them effectively, but the poses can be tricky to do if your shoulders are feeling super tense and tight. Try these shoulder yoga drills – a series of 6 exercises, to help you lengthen the muscle fibres of your shoulders and ease built up tension and stress in the upper body. This will do wonders for your Heart and Throat Chakra too!
