Practice this 55-minute hatha yoga sequence to activate and balance your chakras. Chakras are centers of energy within the body (there are 7 main chakras). Balancing them ensures the smooth flow of vital life energy (often referred to as prana or chi) throughout the body. Of course, when the chakras are blocked or imbalanced, energy flow can be disrupted, leading to physical and emotional issues. This is why dedicating time to this flow is not only for therapeutic purposes but also for the ongoing upkeep of your well-being (hello self-love!).
So if you're seeking to activate, align and balance your chakras, then I've got you. We'll move through each of the seven chakra centres starting from the root and working our way to the crown with traditional hatha yoga postures that will also help to strengthen and balance the whole body. It's a perfect way to start the day fresh!
