If you ever catch yourself hunched over your work or home desk, or you look at the clock and realise that you have been sitting for far too long, then this gentle and simple (but powerful) yoga class can help to restore movement to all parts of the body again. Shifting energy in the body and returning to your breath is so healing, not to mention your body will love you for it!
And if you’re in a work environment where turning the audio up isn’t an option, you can simply follow along while keeping the sound muted! Subtitles are also available to make it even easier to follow along.
