Connect to your intuition, imagination, and higher self wisdom with this 50-minute Hatha-style Third Eye Chakra Yoga practice. When the Third Eye Chakra is fully open and active, you can experience a clear channel of intuitive wisdom, be more aware of your thoughts and feelings, easily imagine and create new goals, and feel more focused and mentally harmonious.
But then of course, when the Third Eye Chakra is a little off balanced or blocked, you can expect to feel and experience the opposite: difficulty trusting your intuition, overthinking, unable to imagine possibilities for yourself and others, and stuck in the daily grind (yuck!). Physically you may experience insomnia / sleep issues, eye or ear problems, sinus, tension headaches and migraines, and neurological symptoms.
Thankfully, there are ways to balance out the Third Eye Chakra and that's the purpose of today's yoga practice. Not only will we be focusing on the energetic aspects of this chakra, but we'll also be getting into the throat and neck area and upper shoulders to release any tension and stress.
