No doubt you have heard of the Law of Attraction – what you give your emotional energy and attention to, is what will come back to you (like attracts like). So what if your unconscious mind isn’t on board with manifesting your true desires? What if it doesn’t believe that you can have what you deeply and soulfully want for your life? Well, then it makes it pretty tricky to create abundance.
That’s why I have created this 20-minute meditative practice. This meditation serves to help your unconscious mind start believing that creating goals and reaching them is an easy thing to do. So instead of the mind getting in the way of achieving what you want in life, this meditation can help to bring a new way of thinking so that you’re no longer tied down to the thought that manifesting what you want is hard or altogether impossible.
