During the Full Moon, a time of gentle release and celebration, we find ourselves letting go of what no longer serves us and honouring the journey we've travelled so far. It's a period of rest and renewal, offering an opportunity to connect with the supportive and nourishing feminine energy.
This 25-minute Hatha-style Full Moon yoga class provides a soothing and calming experience, perfect for practicing during the Full Moon or whenever you feel the need to release stagnant energy from your body. It's particularly beneficial for us women during menstruation as it creates space for the pelvis and relaxes the abdominal muscles (hello Goddess Pose and beloved Savasana!)
This all-levels practice may require two blocks nearby for added support, a strap if you have tight shoulders, and a blanket for extra comfort during Savasana.
