If you're feeling a little frazzled in the mind or just not feeling completely and fully present in the body then this all-levels yoga sequence may just be your ticket to coming home (i.e. the present moment).
Groundedness naturally comes from our lower Chakras which line up with the feet, legs, and hips. So during this practice, you'll be focusing on and activating those areas along with the upper body because when all parts of the body are in harmony, that's when you'll experience a true sense of groundedness.
I hope you enjoy this 20-minute practice!
Namaste,
