Goodbye slumped shoulders and slouched spine, and hello openness and flexibility! Join me for this 35 minute all levels yoga practice where you’ll really get into the muscles of the shoulders and back (yes you, Trapezius!) and allow some energy to move through those spaces to relieve any tightness or tension that can naturally show up especially in this day in age when we’re on our phones or computer for most of it.
This is one of my personal favourites as I really enjoy how ‘flowy’ it is so I hope you do too!
