Ah the sweet sensation of finding balance in the mind, body, and spirit. Yet, it’s a tricky sensation to connect to when life can get super stressful, lots of responsibilities and demands are placed on you, and sometimes it can all feel like a crazy sliding scale where the state of balance doesn’t even seem to be close to attaining. Thankfully, this yoga flow will assist in bringing you back to centre - back to a more balanced state.
You’ll need 2 blocks (or a low lying chair), and a blanket (optional) for this one. And of course, your lovely self!
