Meditation to Release and Let Go

Join me for this 15-minute guided meditation to identify and release something or someone in your past that you feel still has a hold on you in some way. When we hold too tightly to someone or an experience that occurred in the past, it makes it very difficult to move forward. When this happens, our body can take on physical tension and tightness which isn't ideal when you're aiming to live a carefree life (not to mention incredibly uncomfortable). So the aim of this meditation is to help you heal from that - not remove the memory, but instead, make some space so you can move forward with confidence and a sense of new found peace.
This is an all levels meditation practice so get yourself comfortable - you're welcome to sit or lie down in a position that promotes deep relaxation.
The guided meditation begins at 00:01:00
Let me know how you go in the comments.
Love Erin xx
