Send some love to your lower back with this gentle 20 minute all levels yoga practice. The lower back helps us to remain stable and grounded whilst providing the ability to flex, bend, and twist our way through life. Not only that but it plays a huge role in supporting and protecting the spinal cord and various parts of the body which means that if we don’t tend to this area with a whole lot of love, then it can be detrimental to our own health and wellbeing. That's why this yoga practice can be so beneficial!
This is a fully supine yoga practice (on your back) so if you have back sensitivity, you’re welcome to grab a blanket for additional support.
