This self love heart opener yoga practice is an opportunity for you to move with loving intention as you immerse yourself in backbends and heart-opening postures - taking moments to simply 'be' in the present and breathe in gratitude and love that is within and around you.
This practice is especially good if you have tight shoulders and lower back stiffness as it makes space for drawing the shoulders back and bringing some gentle energy into the lower back region.
So roll out your mat and let's get started!
