I believe that the ‘Yes or ‘No’ oracle card spread layout is probably the most popular and used of all the spreads purely because we as humans just want to be given the answer outright without any further choice or decision to be made. I mean, we’ve got enough anxiety and stress to deal with – you don’t need anymore information on top of what you’re already trying to process right?
Sorry to say though gorgeous – the cards can’t give you’re a flat yes or no answer. That’s not their job. Tarot or oracle cards are tools to provide ‘guidance’ only. If you made all your ‘yes’ or ‘no’ decisions through tarot or oracle card, you immediately take away your own power and free will.

So instead of seeking a yes or no spread, why not sure this one instead. This particular spread can help to reveal more of the layers behind the possibility which ultimately assists you in making a more informed decision. So you still have free will, but you’re allowing higher self-guidance and Universal support to come through the cards.

Draw 3 cards:

1. Factors that are supportive of this (the ‘yes’ decision)
2. Factors that are against this (the ‘no’ decision)
3. What I need to know the most

The guidance you receive will give your more context behind ‘why’ a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ decision can be made.
