So here’s a simple five-card spread that you can use for gratitude to enrich your life and fill it with appreciation. Draw 5 cards:
1. What can I be grateful for right now?
2. Why does card #1 bring me joy and appreciation?
3. How can I express my gratitude toward card #1?
4. What other blessings are in my life that I am not aware of?
5. What will more gratitude bring into my life?
