In this meditation, you’ll become at one with your body and breath for deep relaxation and mindfulness. This meditation serves to reacquaint yourself to your life-force energy and in doing so, you can develop a newfound appreciation of the energy that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit everyday. Naturally when that happens, relaxation and a deep sense of peace follow.
So find yourself in a comfortable seated position with either a block, blanket, or bolster to sit up on to open up the hips and create more space in the abdomen and chest, and then once you have done that, press play.
